after i have my tubes removed what would be my best way to have a baby?

Hi Anon,

Have you had a complete hysterectomy? Since you say your tubes were removed, not tied? If so, then this means that you have also had your uterus, cervix, and ovaries removed- making it impossible to get pregnant. If you have only had your tubes tied, then there is a possibility but you would have to have a tubal ligation reversal in order to get pregnant and this is not always successful.
