Q:

Am I pregnant or just worrying?

Recently my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex that lasted perhaps three minutes, and my boyfriend didn't finish. At most, there was probably a small bit of precum. Is it possible that I could get pregnant from this? I've had some bloating and cramping recently and I read from a website some signs of implantation include cramping and a stuffy/bleeding nose, which I've both recently had. I'm worried that I've had implantation but I haven't had implantation bleeding or any spotting other than minor spotting after sex. Is it more likely I'm caught up worrying or am I seeing implantation signs?

Hello Dandililion65

Thank you again for writing. Why are you having unprotected sex if you don't to get pregnant? There is no need for anyone to get pregnant these days, unless they want to.

Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time. A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.

We can't say if anything is implantation bleeding, we cannot know that. Your next period will be a sign that you are not pregnant and your risk sounds very low.
