Hi there,
Please help me, I am really concerned. I had sex last tuesday, and on complete accident, I forgot to take my birth control pill for two days. We did use protection, however, and I have been on the pill for almost three years now...but since last Thursday, I have had my period, and I wasn't supposed to get my period until next Wednesday! I am getting really worried. I don't understand what is going on, because I have never had this problem before. I have skipped pills on accident before in the past, but I have never gotten my period so early. Please help! Thank you so much.

Many women's periods will vary in timing, flow, intensity, duration and so forth. Most likely this is what you're experiencing even though you haven't had this before.
