These are my symptoms.. I get dizzy, i get a tingleing feeling on my whole body. I feel nauseated and i have had a few headaches, im very moody and easliy upset. I am also very tired for no apparent reason. Everyone is telling me i'm pregnant but i don't "feel" pregnant!! how likely is it that im pregnat? I honestly don't belive i can concive. Thanks!

Why can't you conceive? If there is a medical reason for your infertility or that you have not had sexual intercourse, then you are not pregnant.
When was the last time that you had a general physical examination? If your symptoms developed since your last exam, you need to make an appointment with your primary care physician. Dizziness, fatigue, mood swings and tingling sensation throughout your body all need to be evaluated by a physician. You may need to have blood tests done and maybe a neurological evaluation to determine the cause of the tingling sensation and headaches.
None of this can be done over the internet.
