birth control two missed pills?

hi, i'm worried about being pregnant....last month, i missed two pills (NOT in a row)...i took them the day after once i remembered and my regular dose for that day as well (i'm not sure one which weeks i missed them) then, on the 4th week (the placebo week) i got my period...it was normal...then i started a new pack on sunday of this current month...that same sunday night i had intercourse...what are my chances of being pregnant? i have always taken my pills on time since then...

Hello Anonymous,

If you miss one active birth control pill, it is recommended that you take the active pill as soon as possible and then continue taking the pills daily.

Since you did not miss two pills in a row, and you took the pill as soon as you remembered, you are okay.

There is no chance that you could be pregnant. By taking your birth control pill at the same time each day and making up for any missed pill, you are protected.
