a bug looking like a small centipede crawled in my ear while i was sleeping 3 nights ago

i ran to the shower and thought i flushed it out, all night my ear ticked and hurt bad, in the morning i flushed my ear out again in the shower, and it fell out, it was kinda green,yellowit went down the drain before i could get it, Now since then i cant hear anything from it, i do feel a tap when i tap on my ear, will it heal? the call a nurse told me that day it came out , that i will be fine, i feel like im kinda walking sideways to, its wierd, its ly left ear, any sugestions? and ever hear of something like this before?

Hello Keiths,

I think you need to be examined. Loss of hearing and feeling of imbalance signal concern. An allergic reaction to the bug, a bite from the bug or perforation of the eye drum are all possibilities.
