So my boyfriend and I were fooling around, no penetration. My vagina never touched his penis. With a handjob he finished, we were both naked and I was laying beside him. His ejaculation went in the bed and on my leg. It was wiped off of my leg but was still in the bed. I was not touched after he came, but was before. We also were in bed naked near the cm, maybe even on it, after. There is white stuff inside my pants, on the thighs, where I must have not wiped it off enough. Is there any chance of me being pregnant from any of that? Also, should I take the plan b pill?

A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (both naked) with ejaculation inside (or rarely, on the opening of) her vagina. She would also have to be ovulating. If there was no sperm in/on your vagina there is no pregnancy risk. Sperm on a thigh is not going to get anyone pregnant. It will die there/dry off, it doesn't set out in search of a vagina!
