I had unprotected sex he finished without me knowing I'm not on birth control I went to buy next choice one dose about 2hours after intercourse. I'm super worried and to top it off it was about 3 days before ovulation. Do you think the pill will work? I'm not supposed to start my period for another two weeks I've been getting light cramps and alot of white discharge what do u think?

Welcome to EmpowHER. If you took the pill as instructed, there is a chance it will work. Most emergency pill side effects include cramps, nausea, vaginal bleeding. breast tenderness and changes on your next period. Such as an earlier or later, heavier or lighter period. You will need to wait until your period is due and if you are still concerned, take a home pregnancy test.
