myself and my boyfriend have sexual activity once in two months. we never had intercourse. his penis also never touched my vagina till now. he always fingered me. i dont know whether he touched his semen and then fingered me. but if he touched also he used to rub it in cloth and then finger me. my period date is 4th jan but still hasnt come. i m very worried . can u suggest if i m pregnant. can fingering cause delayed periods. pls reply soon.

Hi Anon,
Welcome back. If in doubt and you are sure you are delayed in your period. Have you taken a pregnancy test. This might be the best right now. Maybe exercising or taking some tea, might help you relax and that might stop the tension on your body. But definitely consider a home pregnancy test. That will help.

Sperm on the bed can not cause pregnancy. Ejaculation once outside of the body tends to dry fast and sperms die. Without intercourse it unlikely for you to be pregnant. The delay on your menstrual can be due to stress.

Welcome to EmpowHER. No, fingering can not cause delay in your period. It's very unlikely, for you to be pregnant because he fingered you after touching himself. I believed you mentioned his penis never touched your vagina until now. So that means you had intercourse. Then there's a possibility of being pregnant. Your delay may be due to worrying about not getting your period. But, you might want to wait a few more days. If your period doesn't come take a home pregnancy test.

no we never had intercourse. i meant both our private parts never touched each other. while or before fingering i believe he would have touched his penis but while fingering he told his hands were always dry. or if the sperm spread on bed can cause pregnency?
