The right method for you will depend on the reason you have not already become pregnant.  For example, if you have not become pregnant after trying 1 year it is technically considered infertility and your treatments would be determined by that fact.  

Below are the medical routes you can take.  There are many natural routes you can take as well however such as herbal therapy.  It all depends on what you want and what your situation is.

You can try any of the following:

  • fertility drugs
  • artificial insemination
  • donor sperm
  • vitro fertilization
  • Intracytoplasmac sperm injection
  • donor eggs
  • surragocy
  • donor embryos 
  • reproductive surgery
  • gamete intrafallopian transfer
  • zygote intrafallopian transfer
