ASKMy wife is on the pill and missed one day we had unprotected sex the day after but she she took the pill twice the day after she missed do could she pregnant cuz she is 3 days late on her period could she be or did her missing one day have thrown her cycle off????

Welcome to EmpowHER. Anytime you miss a pill, your chances of becoming pregnant are higher. Since her period is late, she might need to take a pregnancy test or see a doctor.
