You can relax. There was no way of you becoming pregnant. You cannot get pregnant by having anal sex.
In your case, you were wearing pants and he was wearing boxers.

Hopefully, you used toilet tissue to wipe after urinating and a washcloth to wash your vagina.
The toilet tissue would have absorbed any semen and been on the "outside" of the paper and not come in direct contact with your body.
I don't think there was a risk of becoming pregnant.
