No body wants wrinkles and you see all these wrinkle cream commercials and on the shelves of drug stores but do they help prevent wrinkles?

Hi Carrie

Thanks for your question!

Nothing will prevent wrinkles and it's ok them to have them!

But you're right - nobody wants to look like a road map! So creams can really help to soften the look of wrinkles and can help delay them looking too pronounced.

Look for night creams specifically for the delicate eye area. Anything with Retinol (derived from Vitamin A) is good because this can slow down wrinkles.

The important thing to remember is to apply these creams at night. A lot of these formulas are broken down by UV rays during the day. Of, if you also use an eye cream in the morning (which is a good idea!), wear sun glasses when outdoors. Wearing sun glasses is a good idea in general, to protect against eye wrinkles.
