I'm 37 years old and my tubes have been tied for 18years now ...I'm trying to figure out if I could be pregnant my nipples are very sore and I have pressure on my stomach like I got to go but can't...I also got my period with a lot of blood clots my period didn't last long...I'm just trying to figure out if I should be worried cause I didn't have any of these symptoms with my other pregnancy

Hi, Anon.
Thanks for your question.
There is a chance pregnancy can happen, but it's very low. Here is what the American Pregnancy Association says:
*If you have had tubal ligation surgery in the past and believe that you are currently experiencing pregnancy symptoms, talk to your health care provider. Although the probability of getting pregnant is very low, it is still possible.*
