Welcome to EmpowHER.  Yes it is possible to have Strep throat without fever being a symptom.  A sore throat is one of the first symptoms of Strep throat.  Also, Runny nose, Sneezing, Cough, Mild Headache, Mild body aches, Fever are other symptoms for strep throat as well.  Please visit the following link on Strep Throat which will be very helpful.
