Today would be the day I ovulate, if I weren't on the pill. This is my second month on the pill, the first month I was bleeding three of the four weeks-one was withdrawal bleeding. The week I wasn't there was white discharge. I've been getting this a lot, it's the discharge I normally get. For some reason, I got the fluid I would get when I would ovulate? But I'm on the pill. Now this is my first month without any side effects, is this stretchy clear fluid normal while on the pill? I've been taking my pill faithfully but today would've been the day I ovulated. Should I be concerned? I did have sex 3 days w/out a condom

Hi Jj_101_Dd,

Welcome to EmpowHER, The stretchy white discharge might be due to the pills and their hormones or can also be from a vaginal infection.  If it continues, it might be good to see doctor such as your OBGYN.

Best,

Daisy

Hi Daisy! Thank you so much! So its not indicating that I'm ovulating? Cause it looks like the fluid I would get when I would ovulate before I got on the pill. It's just not as much & I'm starting to get the regular white discharge I usually get. I just want to make sure I'm not ovulating, I'm not sure what's normal discharge on the pill & what's not
