could i be pregnant?

i had my period or what i think it was and was on the16 Th of July i bleed kinda heavy for the first day and few days after it was just spotting here and there. since my period i been cramping and my breast and nipples been sore and like pressure feeling in my lower abdomen and along with pain in my Virginia and also having off and on lower back pain my feet and all that been swollen and yesterday which was 2 ND Aug, i went to the bathroom and when i wiped there small bit of brown discharge on the toilet paper and before that i had yellow discharge and some whitish and clear so i'm not sure if it was from ovulating or if i'm pregnant or implantation discharge or maybe its just my hormones out of whack , please help i'm really confused and some what kinda scared cause i already had one miscarriage and afraid of having another one....
