I didn't have a period Dec and Jan but feb13-20 yes and mar 14-21 yes I took a home pregnancy test yesterday and came out negative could I be pregnant

Periods tend to be unpredictable due to hormonal changes in the body (especially during adolescents). Your irregular periods are not a sign of pregnancy since you have had periods the last 2 months and the pregnancy test was negative.
It is only necessary to have a regular period if you are trying to get pregnant, or you have negative symptoms related to your cycle such debilitating pain.
