I had unprotected sex and took plan b , then k had unprotected sex three days later and took my extra plan b , then I had sex with a condom a week later and after I could still see sperm come out of me when I went pee, I'm pretty sure it was sperm . i think he has a low sperm count because he smokes. my boyfriend doesn't care if I get pregnant, he pretty much wants to but I'm not ready and it's conflicting our relationship currently because I always end up not using protection. I'm going to the pharmacy today to fill my birth control prescription and start taking it again . I'm familiar with pills, their my favorite method. anyways, I'm mostly worried about being pregnant, and I know I can't be 100% percent sure without a pregnancy test but I thought maybe the plan b would kind of affect my chances, please help!

Hi Anon,

Since you used protection this last time, are you sure it was sperm that you saw? Not discharge?

Either way, unprotected sex can always lead to pregnancy, whether you took Plan B or not. Plan B will prevent pregnancy if you are not pregnant already. I'm not sure if you took it a third time but if it did its job the first two times, then you were protected until then.

The most accurate way of finding out is to wait until you've missed a period (IF you miss your period) and taking a home pregnancy test. At this point, it's a waiting game until you get your period.

Best Wishes
