Q:

Could I possibly be pregnant from just naked genital rubbing but no ejaculation?

My last period was June 9. On June 21 me and my boyfriend were messing around. We were grinding without close on but there was no penetration or ejaculation. I then put my underwear back on and pleasured him and he ejaculated, but not anywhere near me. I am a day late for my period and I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I just wanted some opinions on my situation. Thanks for your help.

Hello Anonymous,

Yes, a male is very aware that he has ejaculated.

There is no risk of becoming pregnant if he only rubbed his penis on the outside of your body and did not ejaculate.

Hello Anonymous,

It is possible to become pregnant by having unprotected intercourse when you are actually ovulating.

Have you considered scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist to find out why your menstrual cycle is so very very irregular?

Hello, I'm really nervous right now. So yesterday, this guy was rubbing his penis against my vagina. I didn't want sex as I am a virgin. Now the first two times he did this, he didn't have a condom and I guess when he felt like he was about to climax, he went to the bathroom to finish off. I'm scared because we did this in the dark so I don't know if any ejaculate went in. He assured me nothing did because he didn't insert it. I'm 6 days away from my next period, according to my calender, and I'm worried about if I can get pregnant.

Hello Anonymous,

You may not have been at risk because this happened six days before your period was due to start. That means, you had ovulated over a week before, and there was no egg to be fertilized.

For peace of mind, you could take an early response pregnancy test now, or just wait for your period to start.

Hi, here's my situation. I'm a virgin. My partner and I were messing around on the 4th and 10th of December. We rubbed our genitals against each other for as long as 7 or 8 minutes. The tip of his penis came in contact with my vagina and I felt it slipped in slightly for one or two times. We were not on any forms of contraception. Afterwards I got worried and did some googling and it freaked me out so much.
My period is on the 25th. This morning I woke up and felt like I had all the symptoms: nausea, lower stomach pain and tender breasts. I'm seriously freaking out here.
Can I be pregnant? Is there any way to prevent conception at this point? Is it too early to take a test? What should I do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello nik258,

For now, try your best to relax because stressing out will cause a delay in the start of your period.

It is too early to test. Your best option is to wait and test with an early response pregnancy test. This product allows you to test about five days before your period is due to start.

The risk for pregnancy would be low if he did not ejaculate. Even lower if this did not happen during your "fertile" time, which is five days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation.

Maryann

Anonymous ,
Hi there. Last night I went home with a guy. We fooled around a bit. He was naked, I had a thong on. He wanted to have sex but I said no because I've never had it before. With that being said I am not on birth control because I want to wait until I'm in a relationship to have sex. He fingered me / gave oral. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? I am suppose to start my period in the next couple of days as well.

Hello Anonymous,

No, you cannot become pregnant by fingering or oral sex. Very wise to wait.
