it has been one month. i still have pain except it has moved around my tight. i can not put weight on that leg.i do then it is very painful to walk. i excercise in bed to keep my knee moving because i had a knee repacement may11.

Leg cramps can sometimes be so painful. Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. If your potassium is low, this will certainly cause leg cramping and eating bananas will certainly help as well as taking a potassium supplement. Since you had a knee replacement, have you talked to your physician about your leg cramps? What did he or she say?
