deficiency of Vitmin D3

I went to Dietitian, she asked me to take calcium 800 mg 1 a day (calciumcitrate ) + Vitmin D

I have to check Thyroid gland and ask doctor to prescription how deficiency i need Vitmin D3

Now difficult to go back to doctor and ask about how much i need of vitmin D3

It is depand on age, weight >>
even pharmacist cannot prescription it for me, only they can give 400 mg

Can you help me ?

Becuase i go to severla doctors,

Last night I have suffer from joints pain ( recently i had arm to shoulder pain and previously back pain ) which come two days back i feel whole my body pain.

Today i went immediately to hospital ask orthopaedist
to give me D3 injection. ( my vitamin very low 7.2 ) he gave me and ask to take cacium pills.

The dose you need depends on your blood work that shows the deficiency. Whatever doctor ordered the blood test is the one who should be prescribing the D3. I guess I don't quite understand why you can't just call the doc and get the prescription? Or are you saying you haven't seen a doctor? In that case I'm not sure how you know you have a deficiency.

I guess I'm a little confused by your question. Can you clarify?
