I have to above and have been told potassium can cause more damage. Where do find recipes low in potassium?

The website provides information about lowering cholesterol and fats in your diet. I love this website www.allrecipes.com which provides links to what you are interested in. At the top of the page, there is a search option that you can type in ‘low cholesterol’ or ‘low potassium’ and will provide you recipes for your specific search. I hope this helps.
