Discharge in Underwear?!

About 7 days ago, I started my period like normal. Two days ago, my period was very very light, and it was obviously nearing the last day. Yesterday, there was no bleeding at all in the morning, but later I went into the bathroom, and there was very dark brown looking discharge in my underwear. This has never happened before, not that I can remember at least. Today, there was no blood or dark brown discharge again, but I have been battling diharrea on and off the past few days. This morning it got really bad, and was very runny. I went into the bathroom and there was this clear/light brown/beige color slimy discharge in my panties. It looked like there were very thin strands of blood in it, from what I could see. It was the texture of jelly. And when I wiped, more and more came out. A few hours later, there is light brown color discharge soaked into my panty liner, but no slimy stuff. On day two of my period, I also was touching my boyfriend. He had his underwear on but there was three small drops of either pre-ejaculate or semen on his underwear that I touched. After touching him I then went upstairs and went to the bathroom. Before washing my hands at all, and I wiped. Now there was nothing visible on my hands at all, and like I said the drops on his underwear were SMALL. I have been CRAZY stressed that it could cause pregnancy if my hands touched my vagina area while wiping. Is the stress causing my period to be irregular? HELP!!
