Flu-like symptoms

I have been having flu-like symptoms for at least a month or more. Some days I feel alright and others I wake with a head ache and achy all over and pain in the back of my neck and shoulders. Sometimes dull and sometimes sharp. Also pain in right elbow and right knee once in a while. Severe fatigue, dizziness, and recent weight gain. Other flu symptoms include chills and some nausea. About a week ago or more I was sure I was getting a cold, but never had any stuffiness or congestion.

Hi Anon,

If you have been having flu-like symptoms for about a month now, it is best that you see your doctor to make sure that it is a flu and nothing else. Unfortunately, since we are not doctors we cannot diagnose you but it is important that you do see your doctor if you have not made any lifestyle changes lately and are experiencing these symptoms.
