ASKMy boyfriend was diagonised with genital herps i have not been intimate with him for the last three weeks. So i believe he didnt get it from me cauz i have been faithfull i have not had any symptoms of infection. Apart from around two weeks ago i had burning sensation after urination which i was treated for cytitis and it cleared within three days. Could i be infected with the virus? which tests should i go for?

There is a specific test for herpes that you need to get done but you should also be tested for other STD's since he may have more and could pass along to you.
You haven't been cheating, but as he? Make sure he is monogamous. Never have sex when he has any kind of outbreak. You need to get tested as soon as possible so you know where you stand.
