My age is 24,working in field as an engineer, although I spend an ample time in front of computer.I have headache and neck pain jointly, specially when i go to sleep at night and wake up from the sleep, its vulnerable soring which makes me cry sometime. Succinctly, i feel some rhythmic tik-tok sound into my head which is kind of destructive pain, and also feel some mitigation to move around my neck thoroughly with a force.
Which Specialist Doctor I should go ? And what are the home solutions ?
I am really scared off to an enormous disease, which I don't want to take name :(

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.  I'd love to give you some advice on the matter.

Sitting at a desk is one of the #1 culprits of neck pain.  Perfect posture is the key.  Make sure your computer screen is a high enough level that you do not need to bend the head down as you work.

Another very common symptom among people who work in front of a computer is call Digital Eye Strain.  Symptoms include headaches, back and neck pack, fatigue, irritated eyes, blurry vision etc.

I strong urge you to read the article at the link below.  It contains helpful solutions for Digital Eye Strain that are easy to follow.

If your symptoms persists after taking these action I suggest that you see an eye doctor first.  The strain can be exacerbated in people who wear prescription eyewear because sometimes bifocals and progressive lenses are not ergonomically suited for reading on the computer.  If you do not have perscription eyewear, you may need them and not know it.  Getting glasses for even the smallest prescription can stop the eye strain which cause headaches.

I hope this helps.
