Welcome to EmpowHER. Pinching in your abdominal, can be cause by many things.  If you were on your fertile days and didn't use any protection, your chances of pregnancy to occur are possible. The only way to know for sure if you are pregnant, is waiting until your period is due and take a home pregnancy test.
