iv'e gone to Dr.s including a musclular skeletal doc and they just shrug ther shoulders. one thing i have noticed that when i sit in my chair which is a reclinable back chair i like to curl up on it and this seems to my my groin hurt worse and I can really feel it when i get up to stand.. do you have any idea whats going on because I just don't know what to do any more. Also i have fibromyalgia

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. Have you considered seeking consultation from a physical therapist? They often can watch your movements especially since you are a runner and see if there is something that you are doing (posture-wise) that may be causing the strains in a certain area of your body. They may also be able to help you in the area of stretching the area better for the same purposes.
