Hi Anon!
Please purchase an over the counter prenatal vitamin as soon as possible...there is no late time to start but the sooner the better. Like Daisy said, schedule an appointment with an OB/GYN but in the meantime-- start taking your vitamins.
Best,
Rosa

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Congratulations on your new baby. It's important to see your obgyn and start giving your baby a healthy start as soon as possible. He will do blood work and start you on prenatal vitamins and check to see if the baby is doing okay.
