Hi Anonymous,

You should talk to your physician about your family history of heart issues and request specific information. The best thing for you to do is gather as much information about the heart issues in your family and have your physician review all the information or make an appointment with a heart specialist in order to see if there is any genetic issues involved.

Heart problems is not specific enough so be sure to gather your families information about the specific heart conditions that you are concerned about. Good luck.
