Hello Anon

A healthy, fresh, low salt diet can help, as can exercise. If this doesn't help after a couple of months, medication may be needed. Your doctor can help with that.

Hello Anon

Call your doctor or go to the ER - your blood pressure is very high.

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. To my knowledge, you cannot lower high blood pressure within one hour.

Do you have high blood pressure? Do you take medication to control it?

Regards,
Maryann

Hello Anonymous,

That is high. Please contact your physician. You may need medications and diet along with lifestyle changes.
