I used Emergency contraceptive pills and after 7 days the withdrawal bleeding came. I want to know if I can start a new pack of pills now?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

You can start your contraceptive pills anytime. If you start on the first day of your period, they are effective immediately. If not, and I think it seems you are not starting them at this time, you can start but you must use condoms for at least 7-14 days before they become effective.
Best,
Susan
