Q:

I am 21 and i am having pains in the tip of my nipples. Ive already had my period at the beginning of this month so I know its not due to my menstration. I also have some white stuff coming out of the tips that is not completely a liquid. Please help.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Normal nipple discharge more commonly occurs in both nipples and is often released when the nipples are compressed or squeezed. Some of the causes can be

Fibrocystic breast changes, Galactorrhea, Infection, Mammary duct ectasia, Intraductal papilloma

It's important to see your doctor and explain what is happening.
