Hi Anon,
Thank you for your post. Sometimes inflammation of your cervix also known as cervicitis can cause vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse. This isn't anything major as long as your pap smears have all come back normal. If you haven't been to your OB/GYN routinely, please do so.
Other causes include: Friction during sex, vaginal dryness.
If you are postmenopausal, please see your doctor as soon as possible.
