Hi Leanne40,

Thank you for your question. Sometimes as we get older, our bodies have a harder time conceiving a baby. This doesn't just apply to you but your husband as well. How long have you been trying to conceive? Have you been to your doctor to see if you and your husband can still reproduce without any medical intervention?
Keep in mind that in your forties, your body is already beginning to prepare itself for menopause or perimenopause and this could make it difficult to conceive. I'm not saying this is the case with you but when you are actively trying to conceive, it is best to find out if there is anything standing in your way of conception.

Wishing you the best,

Rosa
