Hi,
I strongly suggest that you make an appointment with your gynecologist. I am most concerned about the episiotomy site which bleeds each time you have intercourse. I am assuming that you had your children a number of years ago. The incision for an episiotomy is repaired by suturing the wound together. The typical healing time is around 4 to 6 weeks depending on the size of the incision and the type of sutures used to close the wound. I suspect that your incision never healed properly. This could be the cause of the bleeding and painful intercourse.
