Hi Anonymous,
Have you taken your temperature? If so, is it higher than 99 degrees F?
How long have you been feeling like this? Your symptoms of feeling hot and sweaty then shivering sounds like a fever and chills. How would you describe the headache- dull, pounding or sharp? Where is the pain-at the forehead, at the temples or side of your head,? Have you taken any medication such as Tylenol ? If so, has this relieved the headache?
Sounds like you may have a virus. If so, get plenty of rest, drink plenty of liquids such as juice, water, tea or soup. If you have an elevated temperature of 102 degrees or more, the headache worsens and you are still not feeling better in a few days, call your doctor.
