Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
September 13, 2015 - 10:23pmUsually when a woman is not feeling anything during sex it means there is only penetration and nothing more. For most women, foreplay, make-ing out, oral sex, sexual touch etc are all crucial to arousal.
In order for sex to be arousing and pleasurable for you, you need to know what you like. Once you know, you need to communication this to your husband.
If you have had pleasurable sex in the past, you can use that as a reference point.
If this is a sudden, unexplainable loss of feeing then it could be physical. There are many different physical causes for low libido such a menopause, and phycological trauma.
Please feel free to share more information and we will be able to give you a more detailed answer.
