I suggest that you make an appointment with your doctor. Tell him how you are feeling. He may chose to do a blood pregnancy test, which is more accurate than a urine pregnancy test.

If that pregnancy test is negative, then, your doctor can look for other causes of why you are not feeling well.

You did the right thing by doubling up to make up for missed pills.

Do you recall if you had sex on the days when you stopped and did not take any birth control pills?

A urine test, like a home pregnancy test, can detect hCG (pregnancy hormone) levels about 12 to 14 days following conception.

To get accurate results, it is important to test at the right time and not too early. If you remember which day you had unprotected sex, count ahead 12 to 14 days and test. Read and follow the directions carefully to get accurate results.

A hCG blood test is more accurate and detects hCG levels about 11 days after conception. But you need to get it done at your doctor's office, hospital lab or health clinic.

I did have unprotected sex w/ my guy...when the IMPLANON was removed, up until the Sunday i started the pack. Also on the day i forgot and while I waited for the Sunday to start the new pack. i took a test it said neg it took it on 3/2...deep sigh. I've become very sensitive to smells too...
thanks for the response too..i read the pack after i started the pills(after the waiting period from IMPLANON remova) and it said to use a back up BUT my DR said when he removed it i'd be fine until Sunday...but i'm not feeling fine, i'm feeling preggos.
