That you had your periods after that last sexual intercourse in Feb is a good sign.

So, I would suggest you relax. As I said earlier, it's quite possible that you're just stressed out. Sometimes our bodies try to tell us that we're in serious need of rest.

I also suggest you find a Gynecologist where you live now and go for a checkup, just to make sure there isn't something else going on that you need to be aware of.

Let us know how you're doing!

I'm a little confused by your timeline.

You said you had sex 3 months ago, but you've missed your period by only 15 days? Did you have your period sometime over the last 3 months? Or, did you have sex again within the last 3 months?

The only way you could possibly be pregnant is if you had unprotected sex sometime during your ovulation period after your last period.

You said you've relocated, have a new job and are going to the gym regularly. Major changes can definitely disrupt your body's rhythms. If sex isn't in the picture since your last period in April, chances are you're just experiencing stress.

One thing you can do to ease your mind is a home pregnancy test. These days, and as long as you follow the instructions carefully, they can be pretty accurate. But, they're just a preliminary indicator, not failsafe, and you should always consult your doctor. Have you found a doctor where you're living now?

Now, I'm going to speak to you as a mom of a young adult female (in her 20's) - if you're going to be so freaked out about getting pregnant, then, for pity's sake, don't compromise yourself. There's absolutely nothing wrong with self control and holding out for the right guy. Your self worth is more valuable than hormones.
