I had unprotected sex a few days before last months period. I had my period as normal and it started on the 6th July, however it was lighter than usual and only lasted a few days. It is now the 11th August and i still havent come on my period, having said this my periods are quite irregular. I know its unlikely to become pregnant as you are most fertile 14 days into your cycle, however I am still worried as my periods are so irregular. Please help me by giving me your thoughts.

also... if you had bothered to read the instructions on the pregnancy test even the fist time you took it you would have found out there is no point taking the test the dayafter you have unprotected sex. you have to wait at least two weeks. so no... dont bother taking the test the day after.

Anytime you have unprotected sex, you have a chance of pregnancy. The more frequent you have unprotected sex, the higher your chances of pregnancy.
Since you are in college, please read the label on the home pregnancy tests you are taking and follow the instructions. The home pregnancy tests are not able to detect a pregnancy until you have missed an expected period...about two weeks AFTER unprotected sex. Any home pregnancy test taken before this time will produce a negative result (even if you are pregnant, called a "false negative").
Since you are expecting your period in a week, you will need to wait to see if your period begins (the only sign that you are not pregnant), or, if your period is late, then you can take a home pregnancy test once you have missed the period.
Why are you having unprotected sex with "the guy", when you say you've "barely been going out"? I assume "unprotected" means no condoms and no hormonal birth control (the pill, for instance)?
Since you are 18 and sexually active, are you seeing a Gynecologist on an annual basis? This would be a great time to talk with your doctor about possible birth control methods, and we are happy to discuss all of the options. Even condoms are a great birth control, as they are available without prescription and up to 98% effective at preventing pregnancy!

My last period was aug. 17 ive had unprotected sex ever since that day.. I missed my period last month which was sep. right now i have sore breast a little bit of cramping and i seem to never get enough sleep.. i took plenty of pregnancy test and they were negative.. im getting impatient to find out if im really pregnant or not..!

Sounds like you should make an appointment to see your doctor and have a pregnancy test in her or his office. If your last period was August 17, then you're more than two weeks late, right? Home pregnancy tests detect the levels of the pregnancy hormone HCG in your urine. Either your levels are too low for the tests to detect, or you're not pregnant; either way, you want to know for sure! Can you make an appointment to see your doctor?

i have unprotected sex 2 days ago.and my expected to come on the 29th.and when i had intercourse,my boy's cum went into my vagina.will i get a chance of being pregnant?and recently,my appetite got bigger.usually,i'm on a diet.and i'm used to it.i dun feel the hungry-ness badly.but this 2 days i'll get hungry easily.why is this so?

So you had unprotected sex on the 28th, and were expecting your period the next day, do I have that right?
My guess is that you are just late. There is always a chance of getting pregnant during unprotected sex, but since this was so late in your cycle, that chance is very slim. The appetite thing may be partly due to hormones or PMS -- do you sometimes feel this way when you are getting ready to start your period?
Don't stress too much. Give it another few days and see if your period comes. If not, you can take a home pregnancy test just to be sure. But I'm guessing you won't need to.
Are you planning to use birth control in the future? Do you need information about it?
