Chrissie, I'm sorry but this is a human health site, not an animal health site. That being said if you take that kitten to a local vet even if you don't have money, they will usually have a stray animal agency they work with and if you relinquish ownership they may care for the kitten or euthanize her if she is suffering.
She may be in great pain, so please do not keep her at home that way. Get her some help. Good luck.
