I have been with my partner for 2 years last year I was checked for any sti's and got the all clear but now after a routine smear has been told i have trichomasis does this mean my partner has been unfaithful ?

Welcome to EmpowHER. Men with trichomoniasis may feel itching or irritation inside the penis, burning after urination or ejaculation, or some discharge from the penis.  Trichomoniasis in men are not as noticeable or bothersome as they are in women.  It's important to be open with your partner and let him know how you feel.
