I have a headache and cold sore throat my chest is killing me from coughing

It seems you may have a chest/lung infection. Or you may be getting a bout of the flu. At best you had a cough and cold. See your doctor to see if there is any medication you can take. If you have an infection (including bronchitis) and it's bacterial in nature, anti-biotics should clear them up quite quickly. If it's viral, it will take a lot longer. You'll need a lot of rest and hydration.
