Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

You should not have to hunch over to be comfortable when you walk. You may be compensating for a damaged ligament or muscle or you may have nerve damage. You will need to see a doctor for an exam and/or testing to know what is causing this so that you can begin treatment.
Best,
Susan
