Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Is there a question you would like to ask.  Please provide with more details.  If you would like to know some of the causes for lower back pain. Can be Herniated disc, Osteoarthritis, Spinal stenosis, Injury or overuse of muscles.
