I 've been having signs and symyptoms of pregnancy like feeling sick sometimes, but now I m bleeding, is it my period that is back, pls I want to know?

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
A women can have spotting during the first trimester of pregnancy. Therefore, if you only have spotting, then you could be pregnant, and you can take a pregnancy test. If you have a full period, you are not pregnant.
