I want to know how do i deal with the symptoms of menopause and hiv.

I am 45 and i am having complications with menopause and the issues of also having HIV. So many emotions go through me in one day that i feel like i am going crazy. I can cry at the drop of a hat and then be okay. I also have this thing where i am loosing weight so rapidly where as u use to be 220 in November and now i am 170 in april. I want something that will take me out of this rapid decline downward to sickness. I need help

I can appreciate the challenges that you are facing.

Have you spoken with your physician about suggestions? That would be a good person to start with. Your physician knows the medications that you have been prescribed and your most recent viral load level.

Regarding weight loss, are you dealing with nausea and vomiting? Has a special diet or specific daily caloric intake been suggested? Has a nutritional supplement like Ensure or Boost been suggested?
