my last period was last dec 16 and ive had unprotected sex since 23rd of december

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. You will have to go see your doctor to determine how many weeks pregnant you are if your pregnancy test is positive. Pregnancy depends on the date that you concieved and not on the date that you missed your period. I hope that helps and congratulations.
